Hafenhotel Viktoria in Lauterbach

The view from the room is nice. The staff gave us a friendly welcome. By "extra bed" I mean a real bed and not a sofa bed. The tiles in the bathroom were extremely dirty. One would think that with a lockdown lasting several weeks, it would be time to thoroughly clean the tiles. Unfortunately that wasn't the case, the shower cubicle was just as dirty. The radiator in the bathroom was rusty and the paint was already off in several places. It was also dirty outside and in the entrance area. At least one could remove the leaves with a broom. The "wellness area" was closed and apparently only consists of a small room. This was closed. It is not reasonable to disinfect it after each use, as we were told. However, the price was not reduced. Parking spaces are available, but one day we got the last place. The parking spaces are probably not always sufficient for all guests.

We were there last year, we liked it better. This time the room at the back (early 5.30am staff had loud conversations and the smoking island was also under the window) was small. It went but recovery looks different. On the first evening we ate in the restaurant (burnt fried potatoes, small pieces of fish) and an unfriendly service. Not all of them were rude, just one. The breakfast left nothing to be desired (sufficient and good. Please also work on the WLAN. We still had a great time on Rügen. 🤙🤙

Breakfast buffet and rooms were great. I would love to come back.

The employees of the hotel's viktoria did everything to arrange our short vacation (07.08.-09.08.2020) to our complete satisfaction. Thanks for that , Müller Th. With his wife and grandson

Actually not bad but not recommended in summer! No air conditioning! You could have expected at least a ceiling fan. The price is too high for that! In the bathroom there is not even soap for the hands, which is standard everywhere!

Unfortunately I can only give 1 star. The waitress was not very polite & slammed the plates and glasses on the table. Also no kudos to the kitchen. I myself had a seasonal salad with fresh baguette & fried cod fillet. The baguette was a sliced ​​bread roll from breakfast (NO freshly baked baguette) & as a seasonal salad - there were a few cucumber, tomato & pepper slices on the plate like iceberg lettuce. The fried cod fillet was very small & that for 12.90 euros really great. The Jägerschnitzel was also limited - the sauce was out of the pack (so sad it was out) & the schnitzel was not cooked & the mushrooms had to be looked for .. What a shame !!

Great location! At the marina itself. Very good conditions and clean! These are a small apartment with a bedroom and a well-equipped kitchen. Very nice service. I recommend highly! I wish I could come back here.
